The Smartphone Effect: How Smartphones Are Changing Childhood

About Jenna

Jenna Poste is a tech executive, product leader and passionate advocate for safer digital spaces for kids. With over 20 years in technology —  including leadership roles at BlackBerry, LifeRaft and now in health tech — Jenna appreciates the value technology can bring to our lives but deeply understands the harm it can cause to a developing mind. As a mother of two young children and the co-founder of Unplugged Canada’s Nova Scotia chapter, she’s working to drive policy change and empower parents to delay smartphones and social media, to protect our kids' mental health and future.
