    Grade 5 Hope for Wildlife trip

    Students and teachers in Grade 5 will be traveling to Seaforth, Nova Scotia to visit Hope for Wildlife, a wildlife rescue and rehabilitation centre dedicated to helping injured and orphaned animals.

    This trip will take place on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
    Method of Transportation: School Bus
    • Departure from Grammar: 11:00am
    • Return to Grammar: 3:30pm

    MIL Cross Country Meet Grades 3, 4, & 6

    The meet will be held at Gorsebrook Park.
    Grades 3, 4, & 6. (Grade 5 will be at Hope for Wildlife Day Trip).

    Career Fair for Students in Grades 10-12

    Atrium
    We are excited to be hosting a Career Fair just for you, our Senior School students!  Grammar alumni, parents, and community members will be donating their time and expertise to showcase their career paths and be available to answer our student's specific questions on the reality of their professions.  This is a unique opportunity for students to hear first-hand from local professionals about the ins & outs of their chosen careers.  We strongly encourage all students in Grade 10-12 to attend!
     
     
    Deadline for registration:  Monday, October 6, 2025
     
    Event Details:
    Scott Stirrett '09, guest speaker, author, and Grammar Alumni, will kick off the Career Fair with a keynote address at 6:30pm in the Atrium.  You will then move to the MPR where you'll have the opportunity to speak with and ask questions to the variety of professionals we have joining us.  
     
    We have professionals from these areas:
    • STEM
    • Health & Medicine
    • Public Service & Law 
    • Business/Finance/Entrepreneurship 
    • Education & Community Outreach 
    • Plus ... Cool Careers you might not have thought about!  
    Parents will be welcome to the Scott Stirrett presentation and then we have a Coffee Social for them while the students head to the MPR to meet one-on-one with the career professionals of their choice.
